Hem House Large

Hem House Large is a 2,400 SF single family house spread across two levels. The entry is at grade and opens to a double-height space leading either down to the public level of the house with kitchen, living, and office spaces, or up to four bedrooms. Two bedrooms are arranged in a Jack and Jill configuration with access to a shared bath. The third guest suite shares the bath with the other two bedrooms and the primary suite has its own bath. Hem House Large also has contemporary finishes, plenty of natural light.
